We were referred to a family who was dealing with a loss of a loved one. After we finished cleaning, we provided prayer for the family. We realized that this was a tough time for our client and we wanted to help uplift them during their time of mourning. The family really showed their appreciation for the service that we performed. 

What a good feeling to walk in your purpose!

Today was the day I realized that the different populations We serve regarding our home cleaning service are universal. From the elderly community, handicapped, Mentally challenged not to mention, working professionals. Each one of these groups is very unique. Some are OCD and how they keep their homes clean, while others are overwhelmed, not enough time in a day. We come in with a plan and work with the client to meet their needs and expectations as best we can. We always do a walk-through at the end of the service and I’m always surprised at the responses. Some clients may be unreasonable every blue moon, while others are ecstatic and really pay attention to the details of how the oven glass window was cleaned to perfection, etc. 

Needless to say...we really pay attention to details!

We were out in the FMC truck today, and our boutique on wheels and pulled up to a local eatery in the Los Angeles area. People saw the truck, were curious and came over to understand what this UPS style truck was all about. When they learned that we had affordable soft linen 1500 thread count bedsheets, they began to shop and peruse the truck to see what we were all about!  

 They asked questions, made their color and size choice, and walked away with a smile. You see that’s what we are all about, good vibes, customer service, and the ability to give our customers what they’re looking for. At different times our new clients want to hear our story of how we started selling products out of a custom made truck. We love to tell the story over and over again with the same joy in excitement that makes us both feel great in the moment.
